As the founder of Claridge Construction, Peter has over 30 years of building, design & business experience. His founding ethos and passion for building high quality homes continues to inspire excellence from his team. Peter as the Managing Director, provides senior leadership and business development for Claridge Construction.
Holly Spurr | Pre-Construction Manager
Holly provides invaluable technical knowledge and site based experience to the administration and contract management of your project. As the Pre-Construction Manager, Holly will oversee your project as it progresses forwards from concept completion, into preliminary services agreement and onwards to construction. Holly works together with the design and estimation team, to deliver a full scope building contract and construction package to the Claridge Construction department ready for site works to begin.
Holly is specialised to this role with 10+ years of site experience and contract management, previously running 38 homes a year; coupled with an excitement to deliver beautifully crafted homes and passion for positive client connection, you can feel confident that your project is in the best hands.Â
Sean Cowburn | Design Manager
Sean will meet with you to discuss your lifestyle aspirations and, together, with the budget always in focus, craft the home design solution that will turn your dreams into your masterpiece.Â
Together, you will brainstorm your dreams, ideas and ‘must haves’ for your custom new home. Sean will utilise his passion and 25 years of experience as a graduate architect to deliver a home design uniquely crafted for your dream lifestyle.Â
Yiannis Taousakis | Buildability Manager
Yiannis delves into the documentation and selections of your completed custom home design to deliver a detailed estimation for your project so that we may provide you with a fixed-cost build price. Yiannis will ensure all aspects of your build are accurately estimated and works closely with our local trades and suppliers to secure the best cost price and supply timeframes to keep your build on time and on budget.
With over 15 years experience in planning and design technical roles in the building industry, Yiannis’ experience, attention to detail and commitment to fostering positive local industry relationships is invaluable to both your project and the Claridge Construction team.
Angela Wicks | Marketing & Human Resources Manager
Your experience at Claridge Construction matters, from first introduction through to receiving the keys to your beautifully crafted home and living your new lifestyle. Angela is invested in delivering a positive experience for you that sets Claridge Construction a part in the Building Industry. She is committed to developing and providing the ‘personal touch’ in your building journey that delivers feeling, makes you feel confident and supported as you explore your dream home aspirations and turn them into a reality.
As the Marketing Manager, Angela manages all facets of the client experience, marketing, brand management, online marketing and project media assets. She will liaise with you throughout the build of your custom new home to document your building journey and deliver an enriched building experience.
Angela also provides in-depth business support to the Claridge team in her role as the Human Resources Manager, delivering culture and community support and responding to all new and current staffing needs.

Ryan Juers | Construction Manager
Ryan Juers oversees the Building Department with over 20 years of on-site expertise and a carpentry background. Committed to client satisfaction, he drives the company to set industry benchmarks for building success, delivering operational adherence to WH&S standards, ensuring best-practice building methodologies, maintaining high-quality standards and prioritising timely project completion. Ryan is also a part of the senior leadership team at Claridge Construction and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development of critical trades and suppliers.
Mark Di Mauro | Building Manager
Mark draws on his 30 years of extensive building experience to ensure all our sites, trades and staff are focused on delivering high-quality construction while ensuring that you receive consistent, attentive and quality service during construction and incredible building outcomes. Mark is committed to fostering positive stakeholder relationships and providing proactive leadership that enables project success in both experience and building excellence.
Reuben Smith | Site Manager
Reuben delivers direct daily Site Management on every Claridge Construction project. He is your direct point of contact for the construction stage of your home-building journey. After working in the building industry for almost 20 years with and alongside multiple high-quality builders, his experience and commitment to service make him well-suited for Site Management.
Reuben will ensure all onsite building teams and trades are providing attentive, high-quality service, excellent building outcomes and maintaining the project schedule; he will make sure you are kept well informed of the developments on-site and schedule regular meetings with you for your personal inspection
Kurtis Cox | Site Manager
Kurtis delivers direct daily Site Management on every Claridge Construction project. Kurtis is your direct point of contact for the construction stage of your home building journey.
After working in the building industry for 14 years in both a residential and commercial setting following the completion of his apprenticeship as a first fix carpenter, Kurtis expanded his skillset and migrated into estimation and site management.
As a Site Manager at Claridge Construction, Kurtis will ensure all onsite building teams and trades are providing attentive, high-quality service, excellent building outcomes and maintaining the project schedule. Kurtis will also make sure you are kept well informed of the developments onsite and schedule regular meetings with you for your personal inspection.
Samuel McCarthy | Claridge Lead Carpenter
Sam is part of our ‘on-site’ team, he will ensure your new home is erected with knowledge, time efficiency and skill. Qualified and experienced Carpenter Sam, will be onsite and have your building frame up in no time. Sam works as a part of a team with our other dedicated Claridge Carpenter Tim. Together they deliver quality results every time.
James Price | Claridge Carpenter
James is part of our ‘on-site’ team, he will ensure your new home is erected with knowledge, time efficiency and skill. Qualified and experienced Carpenter James, will be onsite and have your building frame up in no time. James works as a part of a team with our other dedicated Claridge Lead-Carpenter Sam. Together they deliver quality results every time.
Peter Fox | General Hand
Peter is part of our ‘on-site’ team, his role provides daily general site support. Peter is passionate about details and helps makes sure the progress on your new home build goes smoothly from start to finish and beyond.
Lindsay Menguita | Finance Manager
Lindsay provides overarching financial management and internal accountancy support in a business application for all departments. Lindsay’s experience and accountancy qualifications provides fantastic financial guidance and allows Claridge Construction to maintain steady business growth and continued service to all our builds.
Linda Fox | Business Manager
Linda supports the team and clients by providing timely and competent business administration, finance management, weekly trade payments and company payroll.
With 20 years experience, Linda ensures the invoices and ‘paper-trail’ behind your build is effective, thorough and accurate to ensure you understand the finances and documentation for your project with Claridge Construction.
Latoya Anello | Administration and Finance Assistant
Latoya provides a warm welcome and amazing customer service when you visit our office, whether it be your first consult, interior design selections or contract signing appointment. Further to this, Latoya’s high attention to detail and previous industry experience is utilised to deliver much-needed administrative support to the finance department, ensuring overall company success.
